Perfect timing
At Nive's a while ago we talked about The Breath of God.
Well this morning I was woken by the very same, gusting through the bedroom window... warning of an impending storm. As there was no roofing on the back of our house, Soph and I had to act quickly. Just as the final staples went in, a warning came via The Light and Sound. Feeling very smug and dry, the storm came :-)

An inspirational quote I wanted to share
Gillian wanted us to see this – from Sir Michael Tippett's obituary
"Tippett drew strength from a sense of belonging to a tradition, age-old and ever present, which is (he wrote memorably) 'to create images from the depths of the imagination and to give them form, whether visual, intellectual or musical....Images of the past, shapes of the future. Images of vigour for a decadent period, images of calm for one too violent, images of reconciliation for worlds torn by division. And in an age of mediocrity and shattered dreams, images of abounding, generous, exuberant beauty."
